Welcome to amrhme. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website.

1. About Us

amrhme is a UK-based brand offering luxury Islamic home décor, premium drinkware, and refined serveware. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to amrhme.

2. Eligibility & Website Use

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

  • You will not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Products & Descriptions

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings

  • Measurements are approximate

  • Packaging may vary

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products without notice.

4. Orders

When you place an order:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email

  • A contract is formed once your order has been dispatched

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at checkout using approved payment methods.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

We are not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Risk passes to you once the product has been delivered to the address provided.

7. Returns & Cancellation Rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be in resaleable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds are processed after inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, images, text, graphics, and product designs are the property of amrhme and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, amrhme shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
